Our Terms And Conditions Are Not Intended To Insult, Offend OR Scare Clients Away. We Have Had Very Bad Experiences With People Committing Fraud, Not Paying Us For Services Rendered OR Having To Deal With Late Paying Clients Which Has Put Us In A Very Difficult Financial Position.

Dealing With Clients Who Refuse To Pay Us Leads Us Having To Legal Action Being Taken Against These Non Paying Clients And This Is Something We Really Do Not Want To Do. All Call-Out Fees Are Charge And Paid Upfront. All Outstanding Amounts Must Be Paid Before We Will Travel To A Client's Premises. We Charge A R500.00 Per Hour Fee For Any Graphic Design Advice, Logo Design Advice, Website Design Advice, Website Design Software Advice, Email Set-up Advice OR Any Other Technical Advice, Design Consultations OR Call-Outs. Any Extra Time Spent On A Call-Out Must Be Paid For By The Client In Cash OR Via Electronic Funds Transfer Onsite Before We Leave The Client's Premises. Failure To Pay Will Result In Us Never Been Able To Render Any Assistance To A Non Paying Client Again In The Future.
